This spring was exceptional for hunting the strutting gobblers of eastern Montana. Team Zings turkey season was no different. Day 3 of their hunt started out looking like it might not be a good one for trying to call. The wind was blowing pretty good but fortunately Tim had seen these birds go to roost the night before. So that morning the crew was able to get set up close enough for the birds to hear the calling. Even then, this hunt was far from over. Gobbling to our calls almost every time it still took an hour or so to coax this bird into range for a shot! This footage is great! Tons of good gobbling and two birds coming in together!
